1. Application and scope
Paulas Bake Shop Reporting (the "Application") is a private, internal-use software integration operated by the Company. It is intended to retrieve accounting information from the Company's authorized QuickBooks Online account and support internal reporting, reconciliation, and business analysis.
2. Authorized users and license
The Company permits only its employees, officers, contractors, and other individuals expressly authorized by the Company to access and use the Application for legitimate Company business. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. The Application is not offered for public registration, resale, sublicensing, or use with an unrelated company's accounting records.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
Authorized users may view and analyze Company accounting information within their assigned permissions. Users must safeguard credentials and must not intentionally bypass access controls, disclose confidential financial records to unauthorized parties, or use the Application for unlawful purposes.
4. Accounting records and third-party services
QuickBooks Online remains the source accounting system. Reports and database copies generated by the Application are operational analysis tools and may differ from the latest QuickBooks records because of synchronization timing, categorization, or subsequent adjustments. They are not a substitute for reviewing the Company's official books with its accounting professionals.
Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by the Company's applicable Intuit agreements. Intuit and QuickBooks are marks of their respective owners; the Application is independently operated by the Company and is not endorsed by Intuit.
5. Confidentiality and security
Accounting information accessed through the Application is confidential Company information. Authorized users must follow the Company's access and security practices. The Company may monitor use, restrict permissions, and revoke access when appropriate.
6. Availability and changes
The Application is provided for internal operational purposes. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by the Company. The Company does not promise uninterrupted availability or that the Application will be free from errors.
7. Termination and disconnection
The Company may terminate a user's access at any time. The Company may also disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online through its authorized Intuit account. Disconnecting stops future authorized retrieval once effective; previously retrieved records may remain in Company-managed systems and backups subject to applicable retention obligations and deletion procedures.
8. Changes to this agreement
The Company may revise this agreement to reflect changes to the Application, its security requirements, or applicable law. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are published.
